Kicking off another marvellous year!

There’s something very exciting about the start of a new school year. Fresh faces at the gates, new classrooms, new roles - and all the adventures waiting for us in the months ahead. Change doesn’t have to be scary… in fact, at Hernhill we see it as something to embrace!

And Term 1 is already bursting with things to look forward to:

• Our new Year R pupils joining us from Thursday 4th Sept
• Hernhill Gardening Club Show - Saturday 5th September
• PTAFA Summer Fete - Saturday 13th September (12–3pm)
• Bikeability for Year 6 - Monday 15th September
• Fencing Taster Day for KS2 - Monday 22nd September
• Captain Wonderweb & the Esteem Machine theatre group visit - Monday 29th September
• Eco Refill shop - Tuesday 7th October 3.00-3.30pm at school. All welcome. 
• Year 6 Class Worship - Tuesday 14th October
• Music workshop with Mark Delisser - Thursday 16th October

A special shout-out to our Summer Fete on Saturday 13th September - always a funpacked day as past pupils bounce back through the gates to say hello. Expect stalls, music, food and fun for all the family, with every penny raised going straight back into supporting our school.
